First Consultation (60–90 minutes)

• A detailed look at your symptoms — how long you’ve had them, and what may have triggered them
• Questions about you as a whole person: likes and dislikes, food, sleep, past medical history, and a brief family history
• All of this shapes the remedy (or remedies) chosen for you

Follow-up Appointments (45–60 mins)

• A check-in on how you’ve been over the last 4 weeks, and what’s needed next

Please allow up to 90 minutes for your first consultation, and 45–60 minutes for follow-up consultations. Children’s appointments are slightly shorter.
